This enhanced Apartments product with even broader cover to protect your Apartment customers. This is available now for all new business and from August for renewals. The policy wording has been expanded and modernised to aid clarity and accessibility. The policy has been fully restructured, introducing clearer document navigation and consolidating all conditions, exclusions, and extensions into dedicated sections. Most importantly, there are many increased cover limits and new enhanced coverages.

Some of these include:

• Fire Brigade Charges - We are increasing this limit from €15,000 to €50,000
• Landscaped Grounds - We are increasing this limit from €15,000 to €50,000
• Trace and Access limit - We are increasing this limit from €15,000 to €50,000
• Landscaped Grounds limit - We are increasing this limit from €15,000 to €50,000

• Costs to reinstate Buildings with reduced environmental impact: €100,000
• Costs to reinstate a flood damaged Building in a more flood resilient way: €100,000
• Contract Works where contractor has not insured the works: €250,000
• Inadvertent Errors & Omissions for accidentally omitted property: €750,000
• Clearance of Drains: €50,000
• Clearance of Tenants Contents: €5,000
• Removal of Nests: €5,000
• Hidden Damage Investigation: €5,000
• Illegal Dumping: €5,000
• Drug Cultivation Clean‑up: €5,000

Excess Reduction

• Standard Excess reduced to €500 for Storm, Flood, Subsidence and Accidental
